To confirm your reservation, we require a 50% deposit of the total cost plus a 80 USD cleaning fee. The remaining 50% of the total cost is due at check-in.

A 200 USD damage deposit is also required at check-in. This deposit will be returned to you at check-out, minus any damages to the property.

A valid credit card must be used to guarantee your reservation at the time of booking, and payment in full will only be charged at check-in time.

Non-Refundable Deposit. Guests acknowledge and agree that any deposit paid is non-refundable upon booking regardless of the cancellation reason.
